Order confirmation call services in Bangladesh, compared (2026)

· 5 min read

If you ship cash on delivery, an order is real only when the customer says so. Five services will make that call for you. They differ in one big way: does the customer press a key, or talk? They also differ in price, in what they connect to, and in whether they check the address.

We make Sworborno, one of the five. So this page sticks to what each company says on its own website, checked on 11 October 2026, with links below. We do not rank them. We say who each one fits, including where another service fits better than ours.

Press 1, or talk?

A press-1 call plays a recorded or text-to-speech message and waits for a key. It is cheap and quick, and it tells you one thing: confirm or cancel. It cannot hear "make it two", "wrong address" or "I never ordered this".

A talking call lets the customer answer in their own words. It costs more a minute. In return it can catch a change, a duplicate, or an address with no thana, and say why an order is on hold. What a good confirmation call sounds like shows the parts of such a call.

Who each one fits

eCMS × ePBX fits a shop that runs on eCMS or WooCommerce and wants the lowest cost a minute. Press-1 is enough for many shops, and ePBX also gives you a full cloud phone system.

ManyDial fits a Shopify or WooCommerce store that wants a no-code app with press-1 calls and a built-in live call center for its own agents.

Speaklar fits a business that wants Bangla chatbots on Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram and AI calls from one company.

Autocalls fits a team that serves many countries, already has a phone provider, and wants one AI voice platform for all of them.

Sworborno fits a shop that wants the customer to talk, not press keys, and wants the address checked on the same call, with no monthly fee. The trade-offs: a minute costs more than a press-1 call, and there is no Shopify or WooCommerce plugin yet, so a developer connects your store to the API, usually in an afternoon. Before you choose

  1. Count your returns. If one returned parcel costs you ৳100 and a talking call costs ৳3, a call pays for itself when it stops one return in about 33 orders. Our parcel return cost calculator works this out with your own numbers.
  2. Ask for a test call to your own phone. Every service above offers a trial, a demo or free minutes.
  3. Ask what happens when nobody answers. All of them retry; ask how many times, and where unanswered orders end up.
  4. Check the number your customers see. A local number gets picked up; a foreign one often does not.

How we checked

We read each company's own pages on 11 October 2026: eCMS auto call, ePBX, ManyDial, Speaklar, and Autocalls for Bangladesh. "Not stated" means we did not find it on those pages, not that the service cannot do it. Prices change; check the vendor's page before you buy. If you run one of these services and something here is wrong or out of date, write to us and we will fix it.

TelEcho also builds AI voice agents, for call centers and clinics in 50+ languages. Its site does not show a Bangladesh order-confirmation product, so it is not in the table.
