How billing works
- Billed by the second
- A 47-second call costs 47 seconds. There is no rounding up to the minute and no per-call fee.
- Only answered calls are charged
- Ringing, no answer and a failed dial cost nothing. Metering starts when the customer picks up and stops when the call ends.
- Prepaid, never surprising
- Minutes are bought in advance. When the balance runs out, calls stop and your system is told; nothing is charged behind your back.
- Other needs, priced to fit
- A different call flow, a large volume, or an agency running many clients gets its own rate. Tell us what you need and we quote it.
- One balance per account
- Agencies run each client as its own organization with its own balance, so one client's minutes never pay for another's calls.
A typical confirmation call runs under a minute. A call is ended and marked for review if it passes 2 minutes without settling, so a confused conversation cannot run up the balance.
Questions people ask before they top up
- Is there a monthly fee or a setup fee?
- No. You pay for minutes, and our team sets up and tunes your assistant as part of the service.
- Is ৳4 the price for everything?
- It is the rate for natural order-confirmation calls. A different requirement, such as a custom flow or a large volume, is priced for what it needs; ask and we quote.
- How do I buy minutes?
- Message us with the amount you need and the minutes are added to your balance. Your dashboard shows the balance and every top-up and call in a live ledger.
- What happens when the balance runs low?
- Your webhook receives a low-balance event at a threshold you choose, and every call result carries the balance after that call. When the balance is empty, new calls wait until you top up.
